We begin by evaluating the current health of your team and the quality of your relationships. Team dynamics can be complex, often influenced by power and personality dynamics that amplify some voices while muting others. Our shared experiences can also impact our relationships, both positively and negatively, as we navigate expectations of one another. It’s common for team members to struggle to honor one another while managing their various roles and responsibilities, especially after facing challenges together.

    Where Have We Been and Who Have We Become?

     We facilitate open and honest storytelling, allowing you to share personal narratives and retell the collective story you are currently living. 

    Goal: To uncover the valuable insights (“gold”) from your experiences while also addressing any pain that may hinder your contributions.  

    Outcome: You will develop an accurate understanding of your past, which will help clarify your current situation—both personally and collectively. This process will also establish a habit of listening to one another with grace and empathy.

    Goal: To affirm the inherent worth of each individual and their unique contributions, encouraging authenticity within the team.

    We guide your team through an honest and respectful conversation, providing a grace-filled space for candid discussions about the dynamics of your group.

    Goal: To establish a foundation of trust and create an atmosphere of agape love, fostering hope and courage as you envision your future together.
