Experience the simple practice of centering prayer as Peter reads reflectively a few of the prayers from his new book, Centering Prayers Volume 2: Daily Peace for Turbulent Times. Perhaps we can even get Peter to share his faith development story — how he rediscovered Jesus as the personal center of the contemplative path in the tradition of Christian Mysticism.
With academic credentials that include a B.A. from Moody Bible Institute, an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Peter brings a rich blend of theological depth and pastoral wisdom. He is the author of several books and is best known for his Centering Prayers series through Paraclete Press.
In his writing and ministry, Peter’s mission is clear: to deepen spiritual life by unpacking the profound wisdom of Scripture so that readers and hearers are edified and nurtured on their journeys deeper into Christlikeness.
