These are half or full day event hosted by the Soul of the Shepherd team who curate a comfortable space for learning through guided group discussion and prayerful reflection. The schedule offers a balance of insightful keynote prompts from seasoned spiritual directors that flow into times of listening to one another in the presence of God. This offering is designed for senior leaders and their teams to become familiar with the essentials of spiritual direction for themselves and their ministry leaders.
